Join us on Saturday, May 2nd from 6–9 PM at St. Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Church (900 S. Trooper Rd, Jeffersonville, PA 19403) for an evening of inspiration, connection, and shared purpose. We are honored to welcome Steven Christoforou, Executive Director of FOCUS North America, as our guest speaker. Together, we’ll reflect on how faith becomes action in our neighborhoods — and how, united in mission, we can strengthen our entire community by serving every person with dignity, compassion, and hope.
The Fellowship of Orthodox Christians United to Serve (FOCUS)
FOCUS is united in faith and joined by a desire to provide solutions to poverty in communities across America. Our ministries seek to address the ultimate cause of poverty in the world: disconnection. FOCUS Philadelphia will respond to this calling by providing both physical sustenance for our neighbors in need (in the form of hot meals, clothing, and personal care kits) as bringing people together in community around a shared table.
